The only issue at all with this saw is that sometime or other the nuts that are used to tighten the height adjustment have been tightened with pliers, and they are slightly burred up. These 12 chains range in length from 15" to 25 1/2" The chains are from my father in laws shop in Spokane Washington. He had a number of chain saws and did quite a bit of firewood cutting on his property. As far as I can tell the chains are in conditions that range from nearly new to used a bunch. I think all of them could be sharpened and used many more times. I have added two measuring tapes in an attempt to indicate the lengths. The previous owner said that this does run but I have never had it running. It has a three phase 5 hp motor, 220/440. The good: it has a nice clean top. 1" arbor can take up to a 12" blade, also included in the box mounted to the back is a nema size o starter. The bad: No fence or miter gauge. The heavy sheet metal base has some dings and rust, the rust on the base has pitted it but the metal is still solid. The top mounts to base via 4 brackets, two have been repaired in the past and are still holding up, it will need a plug or hard wired. I am an hour south of St Louis.

Used power hacksaw. Built by the Peerless company in Racine. WI. This unit is estimated to be a late 1940s/early 1950s model. Unit runs on 240v 3 phase power. It will cut a solid 10" round billet without any problems. Unit has an automatic stop when the blade reaches the bottom of a cut. Frame is built to handle coolant but the pump would need to be rebuilt and replumbed. A good cleaning and you'd have yourself one nice workshop saw.
