Offered is a complete base. Table kit, and fence kit, that fits a Dewalt Compound Miter Saw single bevel 12 inch model DW705 type 5. This was my own personal saw. It got dropped and broke the trunnion on the rear of the unit. It still worked fine but could not do compound cuts. Fortunately I found another at a estate sale and am parting this one out. This is the complete base and works perfectly. I checked on line with a replacement parts company and they price every single part down to the screws seperately including the wrench spring on this. This complete unit is well over 300.00. My price is considerably lower than buying each part individually. No cracks in the unit. I cleaned it the best i could but there may still be a bit of sawdust in it and does have some pitch stains. It is a Dewalt made with a Black and Decker saw. It seems to be in good condition. I plugged in the saw and it worked great. I can not speak to the condition of the saw blade. I have not used it.
