This saw is in excellent condition. Runs perfect and has seen very little use. The only issue at all with this saw is that sometime or other the nuts that are used to tighten the height adjustment have been tightened with pliers, and they are slightly burred up. They're not bad at all, and could easily be replaced if a person wanted to. I've try to show them within the attached photos.
