Mens Vintage Leather Jacket, Black Motorcycle Style, Sz.48
Pre owned Vintage Very Heavy Black Motorcycle Jacket. The jacket does not have a label but could be Knuckehead as they made in Pakistan. I do not know. I do know this jacket looks as good or maybe better than the Harley Davidson Jackets so it must be a very expensive jacket. There appears to be a lining which is not included as there is a zipper to possibly add the lining. The outside front has 2 pockets, maybe like the pistol pete style. The front left side has a 12.5" zipper which opens under the pocket that snaps shut. When you unzip the pocket there is vented leather with another 12.5" velcro strip to close/open and has another pocket with a drawstring to close, the pocket flap then closes by a snap. I see there is a 1" area that needs to be restitched as stitching has become loose, just take it to a leather repair it needs ... more6 or 7 stitches should only cost a few dollars. The right side of jacket has a pocket on the side which snaps shut. It is hidden by the braided front piece. There's a leather strap on each lower front side that has 2 hidden snaps for closure. The bodice and all pieces sewn have 1/4" leather braiding along all edges, very nice touch to this jacket. The underarms also both have zippers app 12 1/2" long which go from front underarm to the back along seam which open for venting. The leather when you open the zipper is also vented leather. Each sleeve has a 5" zipper which is slanted and the shortest area to hem is 3 3/4' to 5.5" from hem. Their also is a 6.5" zipper on sleeve near hem which has solid leather underneath to expand and has a velcro closure. the right slanted zipper is missing the pull on the zipper but you can still open and shut it. The inside of the jacket has a money zipper along bottom of jacket inside back and is 12" long. The left inside has a 6" pocket with a snap to shut close. This is a VERY NICE JACKET. IT has so much class and looks like all the new Harley Jackets would try to copy.I wish I knew the manufacturer

Great estate find-vintage Pepsi Cola varsity style jacket made by Trimark of Canada. My guess is that it was made in the 1980s-I cannot find anything like it elsewhere or on the company's website. Size large. Navy blue wool with tan cowhide sleeves. Collar, and pocket trim(there are 2 outer pockets and 1 inner pocket. Quilted lining. The wool, lining, logo, snaps, and leather are in excellent condition as far as there being no rips, tears, holes, etc. Please note-I took extra pics of the sleeves so you can see that they are grimy. Clearly this was a working man's coat. The grime is all surface and I personally feel it will come off with some leather soap if you don't take it to the cleaners. Vintage Mens 1940s Harley Davidson Grey Horsehide Leather Jacket 42
Up for auction is a well loved vintage 1940's Harley Davidson Horsehide Leather Jacket in size 42. First off this jacket is not perfect. This jacket is used and abused and shows the wear all over. Just like a Harley Jacket should look after years of racing and riding. The leather is a very worn grey color with dirty white showing through all over. Both cuffs have tears and there is a tear in the right arm that is about 2" long that is near the arm pit/tricep area. There is a small hole tear on the colllar wear a helmet would have rubbed. Both arms show the heaviest wear going all the way to dirty white leather in several areas. The coats leather feels rough and could use a good cleanning and oil to help the leather. The inteior lining is in good shape with no tears but does show standard wear. There are two origianl tags, one is ... morephotoed but the other says Amalgamated Workers of America, Union Made, and some other words that I can not read. The zipper works fine and is marked Talon. Snaps all work fine. Two interior pockets and one exterior pocket all in good shape. The jacket is taged 42 for a size(small medium) The jacket measurements include 23" shoulder to bottom hem. 25" shoulder to sleeve cuff and 19" armpit to armpit. You are bidding on this nice vintage snowmobile 2 piece suit. Both marked size 10 and made by Wolff out of Canada. This was my girlfriends suit. I will list her Ex's as well so check it out for a matching larger suit. The only thing I see wrong with the suit is the suspenders are worn out and she has had them tied in place to hold them up. Now she is 5 foot tall and wore this but she said it was pretty big on her. I'm 5'8" and can put it on. But I would say it's a mens medium as it is just not roomy enough for me. the jacket is maybe a bit smaller in proportion than the bibs, it may be a small. Anyhow I would think if your between five foot and 5'4" you would be good in this suit or taller but just small framed. She is tiny, I'm average. Feel free to ask questions. This vintage leather jacket was made in the 1940s by A.T. Hendrick. It is made of soft. High quality buckskin leather, in a button front waist-length half-belt style. The buttons are leather"football" knot style. It has fancy bellows patch pockets, and an action back. The chest pocket has a Talon chain zipper of the type used in the 1940s. A bit about the maker: Allie T. Hendricks was born on January 27. 1896. He worked as a clothes cleaner through the 1920s and into the 1930s. In 1936, he opened his own tailor shop in the one bedroom house at 1796 Trenton St. Denver, CO which he shared with his wife, Marie. Early directory listings indicate he produced leather jackets exclusively. Later ones use the broader term"leather goods" Like many small western leather shops, it seems he specialized in buckskin.
