Here for auction is a SpeedGlas Flexview front flip facia. Picture 4 is to show how it fits to the 9000series welding helmet and not included in the sale. To fit this to a standard mask you will need to remove the tabs that hold the welding filter in place. The filter lens is included which is a 9002D in good working order and is shades 9/11. EXTOL PSC-800M Infratol Welding System With 8 Stakes, Screen, Pnematic Arms and
This setup was removed by myself from a manufacturing facility in Mexico this morning that was selling all of its equipment because a new corporate buyer had resourced the factory. Outside of the US this happens about every 2 years. Once enough of one specialized product has been made. Luckily, I live on the border and am able to save the equipment from a scrap yard. Everything was removed in working condition. This setup in particular was designed for auto armrest bracket assembly by IRVIN automotive which included a shutter cylinder, punch cylinder, and cooling air system(this explains some of the extra pneumatics in the pictures. The actual assembly contains a working Extol PSC-800M as well as 8 InfraStake heating lamps. Also included is a Extol LED control unit. The other parts in the photos are all included as well(these include the ... moreelectrical control box. As well as the actuators and filters for the piston system that the setup possessed.
