It was used to phase lock the 2-4 GHz YIG tuned oscillator to a harmonic of the phase lock reference generator, so I know it has LO and RF ports covering at least 2-4 GHz and that the IF port is low frequency, probably DC coupled with reponse maybe out to 100 MHz.
