This is working WR-90 waveguide diode detector mount. A IN23RF detector diode is mounted inside, an extra one is included as well. Along with the detector a WR-90 directiona coupler is included as well as two SMA to WR-90 adapters. The detector has a tuning knob that changes the position of a plug near the dinternaly mounted diode. The voltage produced by the diode can be maximized at a given frequency by adjusting this dial. Approx-5dBm@ 10.7Ghz was injected into directional coupler. The detector produced-0.8vdc for this input level once knob was tuned for max. The forward direction coupled port is 10dB down and it read about-14dBm on a HP 8566B SA. The Coupler is made by Narda, the detector is made by Sperry.
