Auction is for Qty.4 Motorola SP50 VHF 5W radio's. 10 channels. All 4 power-up when connected to an external power supply at 7.5 volts and receive. One is missing the clip on the battery door. The batteries are all bad and will not be included. I tried charging them for 2 days and they will not power-up the radio's. They measure under 3V. They were HNN9018A batteries from Motorola. Why ship junk batteries is my thought. These were pulled from service from a volunteer fire department as they were not narrow band capable and being sold as-is. They are all labeled RFD R-8 with a white or yellow paint pen. The belt clips are all good. The chargers all charge, though I can't be 100% certain since the batteries are junk, they do light up. This is a pair of used UNIDEN. 10 channel Radio's, model# FPH 510D, from my fire department. They are VHF, we are 154.355 MHZ. They have model APX650 batteries, which seem to take charge OK, they are from 7/25/08. They measure over 12 volts after charging. They come with a single APX112, 120V~ fast charger, which seems to work fine. I don't know all frequencies that are programmed, but I can email you our counties standard frequencies as I suspect they are programmed channel 1-6 the same as all of our other radio's. They were replaced by new Motorola equipment that was easier to program and narrow band compliant. The units have been in storage for an unknown time. I am selling as for parts or not working.
