CONDITION: I bought this pair a few years ago and they never quite seemed to work right. The signal is not good for more than a few hundred feet. I just replaced all 5 antennas. One of the cups on the gang charger( the empty one in the picture) does not work. The rest will charge both modes- fast and slow. The desktop slow chargers all work. 4 of the speaker mics are OEM Motorola.1 is an aftermarket. As mentioned ... moreabove the radios have minimal wear. The belt clips are good and the battery covers are tight. I did notice some small numbers inscribed on the side of a couple of the speaker mics. I no longer have the capability to program these radios. So no further testing was done. These were used intermittently and have not been used in some time, but all worked when last used. Qty.4 Motorola SP50 VHF 10 channel radio with chargers
Auction is for Qty.4 Motorola SP50 VHF 5W radio's. 10 channels. All 4 power-up when connected to an external power supply at 7.5 volts and receive. One is missing the clip on the battery door. The batteries are all bad and will not be included. I tried charging them for 2 days and they will not power-up the radio's. They measure under 3V. They were HNN9018A batteries from Motorola. Why ship junk batteries is my thought. These were pulled from service from a volunteer fire department as they were not narrow band capable and being sold as-is. They are all labeled RFD R-8 with a white or yellow paint pen. The belt clips are all good. The chargers all charge, though I can't be 100% certain since the batteries are junk, they do light up. The power cords are cut off and all tied together as in a gang charger for on-vehicle charging. ... moreThey are sold as parts or not working as I have no way to program these or do an actual functional test.
