Radio has 8 programmable channels and is capable of 4 watts. Included with the radio is one charger with power supply, one antenna, one belt clip and one battery with a date code of 121. Battery does hold a charge but I am not sure for how long. Radio does power up and transmit. Sold as is with no returns. Will not ship outside continental United States.
