That is all i can say about the battery. There are several available in this listing. Each is used and tested to power on only. They were deprogrammed when the agency removed them from service. Some may have residual programming where someone forgot to erase it but plan on reprogramming it to suit your needs. The outer cases are marked with ADC and a 6 digit number. There is a small buckle on the lcd as shown in the picture and there is a crack in the plastic lense cover.
