DB Products UHF Repeater Duplexer DB-4075 GE DB4075 Ham Radio GMRS
This is a DB products UHF Repeater Duplexer model# DB-4075. It was obtained as part of a GE MASTR II series Ham Radio UHF Repeater system that was recently decommissioned. It is not tested and is sold as-is. GE included these 3-cavity duplexers in many of their UHF Repeater stations. Including the 200-watt versions. There's room for one more cavity, which I've added to several of these DB-4075 duplexers to convert them into the 4-cavity model# DB-4076, but I didn't have any spare cavities to add to this one. This duplexer has the stock double-shielded interconnect cables with type"N" female connectors, and is mounted on a 19" wide rack panel. The DB-4075 and DB-4076 will normally tune to the 440-450 MHz Ham Radio band with no modifications required. The Repeater-Builder.com we b site has data sheet and detailed ... moretunin g info for this duplexer. T he DB4075 is a three(3) cavity version of the DB4076. Designed for use in the 450-512 MHz frequency band(5 MHz separation) The two(2) cavities in the transmitter section provide 100 dB transmitter noise protection to the receiver; the single cavity in the receiver section provides 60dB protection for receiver desensitization which normally is sufficient with highly selective receivers. Tait 835-20 VHF programmable Receiver Module,Commercial/ Ham Radio Repeater
You are bidding on a used very clean Tait VHF programable Receiver Module model T835-20. This module was removed from a public safety system that was changed out do to FCC reband plan. It was fully fuctioning when removed from service. ser# 851979. Frequency of this unit is 155.490 MHZ. This Tait series is the correct I.F. Filter bandwidth for Ham Radio Repeater Use. It is also the Frequency cut just above the 2 Meter Ham Band so that it can be moved down into the repeater portion without modification. Keep in mind you will need to be able to reprogram a 27C64 E-prom with your new frequency. I suggest that you keep the curent e-prom on the present frequency so that you can verify that the radio is operating normally and obtain a prom from e-bay usually for a couple of bucks or a juke box or ammusement device company as these proms are extremely ... morecommon in their everyday devices and they may even be able to program your new prom with simple windows laptop software that is available from Tait users groups. This is a socketed prom so there is no soldering or de-soldering involved. You do need a degree of ability and understanding to be able to move the VCO to track to your new frequency and to peak up the reciever to the new frequency. No fancy equipment needed. Thses units are found from time to time here on ebay and were at Dayton Hamvention 2013 and were selling at about 100 Dollars. New prices were around 2700 Dollars. They are very rugged and well designed and are well prized for repeater use. USA lower 48 Bidders only will not ship to reshippers. This auction has no reserve and starts at 99 cents.
