I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE. The radio with blue has a bad speaker; sound only works with ear bud or included mikes. Both radios work 100% though. Just a side note. I really know nothing about the radios and have no way to test them. So they are being offered As-Is. Here is what I can tell you: It does power up(shown in pix) it would change channels(1 and 2) I pressed the other buttons on the side and got different indicator tones(one seemed to be a squelch overide, the other beeped) from that I could tell the volume control and on/off switch worked. I pressed the mic for a split second and the TX light came on(visible in one picture) I have three of these, two of which are included in this auction. These are professional grade radios and constructed to take the rigors of industrial use. These transmit, receive, program, and charge as they should. They have some scratches and other minor cosmetic issues from previous use. The batteries have been tested by placing them in the radios for a minimum period of ten hours with the radio on.
