Motorola 9000 Syntor consolette base 800 Mz
Radio powers up and the screen change when you press the different buttons. I have no working knowledge of these radios. And no way to test it to be sure that it works. I do have a working knowledge of electronics and electrical, and can do any test that you want provided that you give me the procedure and that it requires no specialized testing equipment. I am limited to my trusty Simpson and a Fluke true RMS digital VOM. I am told that Motorola made very few of these radios, and that they are rare and desirable. If you can shed some educated light on this please let me know. Motorola System 9000 Syntor X9000 Control Head HCN1036E W/HMN1061A Microphone
This listing is for a Motorola System 9000 mobile radio control head model HCN1036E. With mounting bracket, bracket has both of the plastic inserts that hold the head in place when knobs are tightened) and a Motorola HMN1061A handheld microphone. These items came to me in large lots of surplus radio equipment that I purchased from the State of California. Please check the photos. Note that the mic cord includes the metal hook that attaches to the bottom of the control head to keep from stressing the connector. The photo with the control head powered up is this head. Connected to a Syntor X9000 T43 VHF hiband radio, listing to the national weather service. Note photos taken in two places? I was outside in my work area on my patio listening to the weather service tell about a severe weather alert in my county; hail as big as quarters, you know ... morethe drill. As rain started falling, I had to put everything away and move inside! The last photo, the second photo of the back of a mic, is not the mic you will receive. The mic I cleaned up for this auction, has a totally unreadable model number on it- I can barely make it out with my specs on, let alone get it to register in the camera, so I took a photo of another mic of the same model.
