Brackets, Cables& Speaker Set This vintage Motorola Motrac Control Head set was last used as a bench test setup for a two way radio shop and includes all the items you see in the pictures- the control head& bracket. Speaker& bracket, and cables. no microphone) The first two photos show the front and back of the entire set and the remaining photos show closeups including front and back sides of major components so you can see more detail. I have also included a photo of one area of the cables where it has some type of thick residue coating. It looks like cracks in the photo but is something on the cable instead. There is also a screw missing on the front cover of the control head. Condition: I am currently listing several vintage bench sets. All are from the same shop and are just as they were ... moreremoved from service. Having been stored for a few years in an air-conditioned warehouse since. They are all vintage items offered untested and as-is, and will show some typical wear, dust/ dirt or tape residue. Some may have been used in a mobile configuration originally, prior to being used on a bench. Although I have surface cleaned as much as possible, some parts may need additional detail cleaning if desired. Vintage 1965 Motorola Motrac Private Line Police Radio Two Way w/ Mic
Vintage Motorola Private Line 2 way police radio that was built November 10. 1965 in great condition. The mic is a heavy duty one I believe it's made of cast aluminum as it's heavier than plastic and is in good condition. I don't have any way to test it but it was removed from a 1966 police car so I would assume it worked. It has the number X0N6011AH stamped on it but I don't know if that's the model or serial number. Motorola Motrac, Motran, Mitrek, MaraTrac 19 pin radio connector male and female
12V Vibrator or"T" power supply 19 pin connector(or so it says) with mate. Believed to be used for the radio chassis and drawer for Motorola Motrac. Motran, Mitrek, or MaraTrac radios, but please check the pictures to be sure it is what you need. The male connector looks new, the female(with shell) is used and has had the wires cut off just outside the shell. But the connector has solder contacts(covered by the shell) so with some soldering, you should be able to reuse the female connector. Vintage Tuning Tools For Motorola Motrac & Other 2-Way Radios -1950s thru 1970s
I was in the in the business of installing and maintaining commercial 2-way radio equipment from the mid-1960s until 1979. We were a Motorola Service Shop. But worked on RCA and GE equipment as well. We serviced a lot of Motracs(outstanding radios) but also maintained units with vibrator power supplies and a few of the old dynamotor units. You are bidding on a lot of 15 tuning tools. Probably most of which are for Motorola, I really don't remember after all these years, and 2 GE(the gray ones on the bottom right) Some may be for RCA. In addition. I have included an old fuse puller tool, and if memory serves me correctly, the metal T-shaped tool was used for cleaning corrosion off of the contacts on a fuse holder. I was in the business of installing and maintaining commercial 2-way radio equipment from the mid-1960s until 1979. We were a Motorola Service Shop. But worked on RCA and GE equipment as well. Imagine my surprise when I found this old Motorola Motrac at a recent estate liquidation sale. I am offering it to you in"as found" condition- I have only done a brief visual inspection of the unit and have made no attempt to test or power-up the unit. The radio itself appears to be complete and I suspect it had been taken out of service and just stored somewhere. It was found inside a very expensive home. Unit was removed from a working environment and shows normal signs of use. Has been tested and is in working order. There are 3 additional screw holes in the metal housing which you cannot see unless you are looking for them. These do not affect the operation or sound of this just thought it should be noted(see picture) There is also some over spray paint on one ... moreside of the housing. This dialer was used on a Fire department ambulance. It was used to dial into a local Hospital. It was in service from the 1970's. This dialer sticks and does not return to home.
