This is a high Tec.High output unit. I beleive the radio has been used by police/fire/ems/fema/ other agencies. It is programable. I was told it was working when i got it. I have the mic& the owners manual. It has to be programed by use of a computer& a'tec' who knows what there doing. This units puts out approx 50 watt or more? out of the box. A warning in the manual states.the operator or any other person can not be any closer than 100 feet from the top of the antenna! To avoid microwave radiation! BUYER BEWARE. Midland LMR portable radio 70-032c low band collectors item
Collectors item. Midland 70-032c FM radio believed to be low band since it came from a department using the 42-50Mhz frequency range. I know very little about this radio except that it is in good physical shape and has been in a leather case for its entire life. It's four channel w/ a BNC antenna connector. No antenna. there is a hi/lo power switch. Volume and squelch controls and contain an"ear' jack. There are fire department markings on it. It can use both a drop-in charger or a standard DC 12volt"barrel jack" type of connection and will come with the leather case. I can also supply you with a standard power supply to charge the battery. The battery is of course used but seems to hold a charge. The unit is being sold as with no returns.
