DB Products UHF Repeater Duplexer DB-4075 GE DB4075 Ham Radio GMRS
This is a DB products UHF Repeater Duplexer model# DB-4075. It was obtained as part of a GE MASTR II series Ham Radio UHF Repeater system that was recently decommissioned. It is not tested and is sold as-is. GE included these 3-cavity duplexers in many of their UHF Repeater stations. Including the 200-watt versions. There's room for one more cavity, which I've added to several of these DB-4075 duplexers to convert them into the 4-cavity model# DB-4076, but I didn't have any spare cavities to add to this one. This duplexer has the stock double-shielded interconnect cables with type"N" female connectors, and is mounted on a 19" wide rack panel. The DB-4075 and DB-4076 will normally tune to the 440-450 MHz Ham Radio band with no modifications required. Designed for use in the 450-512 MHz frequency band(5 MHz separation) The two(2) cavities in the transmitter section provide 100 dB transmitter noise protection to the receiver; the single cavity in the receiver section provides 60dB protection for receiver desensitization which normally is sufficient with highly selective receivers. This listing is for a GE Master Mastr II Repeater Power Supply. First off I acquired this at an estate of an avid collector and user in vintage electronic equipment and don't know anything about it. He had everything such as ham radios. Projectors, turntables, reel to reel decks, mics and speakers as well as instruments from the 1950's- 1970's. He stated that this is a GE Master Mastr II Repeater Power Supply but I am unsure so I have provided several pictures below. I did plug it in and it had a quiet"hum" to it. I also plugged a hair dryer into the receptacle on the unit and it worked as well so I assume it works just fine. GE MASTR II UHF BASE/REPEATER POWER AMPLIFIER
Up for auction is a GE Mastr II base/repeater popwer amplifier. It is in nice condition(see pics) And works perfectly. Meter pics show the amplifier with 1/4 watt(250 mw) drive at 450 MHz. at 13.0 volts DC drawing about 31 amps. The output pinned my 150 watt Bird wattmeter. I backed it off to the rated 100 watts and ran it for about an hour. The heatsink was warm, but the Bird dummy load was too hot to touch, so I shut it down. This amp fits the standard Mastr II chassis. But I also have 19" rack mount brackets for these GE amps if required. This amplifier has a 7 day Right Of Return. Do not blow it up and send it back as I will not refund your money(been there. Done that) This amp has been well tested and will be in very good working condition when you get it. These amps are brutes. And if treated properly will give you years of great ... moreservice. I have used these amps on 2M. 440, 10M, amd 6M for over 20 years and they are a great workhorse. GE Mastr II 100 UHF Mobile, great for repeater.
This is a working radio that we used as a spare in case we had a Mastr II repeater go down. All the parts from the mobile are interchangeable with the repater. We actually had made a few of these as repeaters and left them in the drawer. We then could only run the power at about 50 watts because the heat sink couldn't handle the continuous duty. With a fan on the fins it would work ok. The unit puts out 100+ watts and has a great receiver front end. I cannot find the accessories for it. They are buried in our mini storage. This is for a used good looking VHF synthesized GE Mastr repeater. It has some masking tape still stuck to it with old tech notes. As shown on the front. Note the 100 watt amp and voter from the same station are sold separately- see other items. Was working normally in the 155 MHz range when pulled about 4 years ago, but unable to test so sold as-is. No returns. Thanks! Handling includes tracking for the US. Areas outside of the US will be more expensive. Much slower, and do not offer tracking. Item will be well packed and we will combine shipping(for the US only) where possible and practicable for items sold together. Expect the normal delays with clearing customs, usually 2-5 days extra.
