Up for sale one Motorola Visar UHF 16 channel portable radio in the band split 403-470 model number H05RDD9AA4DN. Radio is in good physical condition however it appears to have an antenna problem. It transmits and receives but can't hear or hit distant repeaters that it should. It's not the antenna. It's something with the connection inside the radio. I'm sure this can be fixed by someone with a little time and know how. This radio will do both wideband and narrowband channels. You are bidding on a PAIR(2) DB Products 4021-2 450-512mhz commercial bandpass cavities. They can be tuned down into the ham band easily. They are 5" high power. 3/4wave cavity filters. Better than the smaller 6" cavities due to their taller size. Easily handle 100w. Made in 1979, and are in very good shape. Have been sitting in low humidity environment for years. Each bandpass cavity filter is provided with adjustable selectivity capability. This is accomplished by physically rotating the coupling loops within the cavity to positions corresponding to total cavity attenuations of 1/2 dB or2 dB. Setting the loops to a higher insertion loss increases the selectivity or sharpens the frequency response curve of the cavity.
