Nearing the end of a long career in Surveying and since I no longer have use for this Topcon GPT-8005A Robotic Prismless Total Station. I am selling the same. Instrument comes in a solid case{exterior scratches from field use but the interior is in good shape} With two good batteries which have always more than given me a good days work, a Topcon battery charger and a 360° Topcon prism. The prismless mode is stated by Topcon as being 120 meters and I have made locations in the 300 foot range. The last 6 months or so I have been using this instrument solely in the Total Station mode as I had field hand helping me. The servo motors have worked well and with a fast mode or a fine tuning mode. I leased and then bought this instrument from Hayes Equipment Company and have had the same for about three{3} years and I might add without any problems. ... moreAlways gave me great closures. Also included is a Carlson Explorer Data Collector which was used with this instrument. Both in the robotic mode and direct connection to the instrument.
