Optem HF Video Microscope System Tube Assembly
This auction is for one clean used Optem HF Video Microscope Tube Assembly. This came in a lot of spare parts as shown and has been in storage since 2006. So it has relatively low use for its age. It is missing the entire base with the x-y adjustment assembly. The top cap and the plastic protective tube. It appears to have been setup with motorized zoom& focus since the motor couplers are still present(no motors are present) instead of manual knobs. Both gear drive mechanisms for the zoom& focus work when I turn the motor couplers. The tube assembly appears to be complete and unharmed and so do the fiberoptics attached. The tube is marked: Zoom 65 and measures 14.3125” long from the bottom of the larger diameter housing at the top. The camera cable. Both fiberoptic cables and all the connections also appear unharmed. The face of the ... morefiberoptic cable with the green tape on it looks a little rough(almost like some of the individual fibers are at slightly different heights in one spot) The camera control cable has a 12 pin round male connection. This unit has some cosmetic marks on the body from mounting and some other light ones. But I don’t see anything that should affect mounting or operation. This unit is also clean. First introduced for LSI probing. It has been refined and upgraded over the years and is now used routinely for VLSI probing. It is designed to provide an instrument that can find application in both high precision analytical probing and general probing tasks.
