The rear end is aluminum and is essentially lifted off the CAAD9. One of the best crit bikes out there. The front end is extremely large diameter carbon tubes. Out of all the bikes I've owned(S Works Tarmac, BMC Road Racer, CAAD9, CAAD10) this is stiffest bike in terms of Bottom bracket and head tube flex. I do not see any missing pages and it doesn't look like it was used much, the stapled edge has not been creased open. There is a pencil note written on the back page which I can't read totally and an ink mark on the front. There is edge wear, small bends on the corners, some soiling of the cover and back page and age yellowing of the pages.The staples are rusty. I would judge the soiling as light but I think you can get a good idea from the pictures. It shows the type of wear you would find on a manual that was stored with a stack of books, papers or maybe in a foot locker or something of that sort in an attic or closet.
