Includes 2 satellite speakers. A sub-woofer/amplifier, AC power adapter, carrying bag, volume controller and speaker wires. Tested and it sounds great! The bag has a mesh covering in front of the smaller speakers and another mest opening that aligns with the opening for the sub-woofer. There are a number of zipper openings to allow for the system to be operated while in the bag. Including openings for the power and volume control wires to be extended outside of the bottom of the bag. Also includes an extension cord ... moreand additional volume controller. No real issues with with speaker system or bag. It is in very good condition considering the age of the setup. The bag is intact with no rips or tears on the outside. And overall, it is clean. There is some wear or soiling on the bottom of the back, but it is not very noticable(see the picture with the volume control cord) The side zippered storage pocket was modified internally to allow the end of the extension cord to fit more easily through the opening and to hold the AC adapter. Basically a hole was added on the inside to allow for the power cords to pass through. The sub-woofer and speakers are in very good condition. With only minimal scuff and scratch marks from normal use. A previous owner added some pads on the corner of the side of the sub-woofer case, presumably to have it lay flat when outside of the bag. Sound-wise, the system sounded very good. There was a little static when adjusting the volume, but it was most likely from the contacts in the volume control(two are included, but only one was tested) Also, one of the channels may have been a little lower than the other, but it may have been the mix on the song that was pl
