What makes this one rare is the fact that it comes in the original metal containers with tag identifying it by number and the Mark 13-6 Torpedo it was to be used in. The outer container is marked 36219 and the Gyro is marked 26614. Included also is the original Silica-gel bags to absorb moisture. The Mark 12-1 was an early WWII type gyro that was used by the US Navy in their torpedo's which were delivered to the enemy by submarines.
