This is a nice lot of 5 old ice cream. Butter and cheese containers. 4 are in very nice condition and the 5th which is the Mello-Creme is not damaged but does have edge wear and minor creasing. I had all these displayed for years on my old Hoosier Cabinet until I moved to a small home and now have to sell them. I will break these down flat so they can be shipped reasonably. Collectible Antique 3 Full Containers of Snuff-Red Seal, Navy, & Tube Rose-LOOK!
Collectible antique lot of 3 different full containers of snuff tobacco. They all measure about 2-1/2" tall and 1-5/8" diameter with metal lids. Includes the following shown from left to right in the photos above: 1) 1930's? Red Seal Sweet Snuff issued by United States Tobacco Company of Nashville. Tennessee. There is an internal revenue Snuff label Series 109. The seal has been broken but all of the snuff appears to still be in the container. A very nice example and scarce in this format. 2) 1930's? Tube Rose Scotch Snuff issued by Brown& Williamson Tobacco Corp. of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Appears to have never been opened. There is no tax label but not sure it was issued with one. These metal egg containers held candy once upon a time. Used a few times at Easter to put candy and money in. The show Angelica and Susie on the pink container, Tommy and Dill and Chuckie on the purple one. They are in very good condition although the pink one seems to have a small ding one side. The pictures of the characters is a sort of relief on the top of the container. The containers are marked 1999 and measure about 4 1/2 inches long and about 3 inches deep. Here is a beautiful set of five antique cardboard/paper mache candy container easter eggs. Each with matching pictures on both sides featuring a portrait of a rabbit. They measure from 2.5" long at the smallest to 8" long at the largest, and are in good overall condition- the interior paper trimming still mostly present, the exterior trimming badly damaged on the largest one but otherwise good for the others.
