Vintage INCREDIBLE find. You wont see another one of these. Folks. HUGE Lone Star Beer Motion Spinner sign with Cowboy roping Hereford Cattle You are looking at the HOLY GRAIL of Lone Star Beer advertising. This monster measures 53" long X 16" tall X 13" deep and the spinner section measures 13" X 13" Thats right.its almost 5 feet long. Made mostly of heavy metal and plastic. Weighs in at at least 40 lbs. Made by Price Brothers.definitely the best in the business back in the 1960's& 70's. When this sign was produced. MADE IN AMERICA! The photo insert is ORIGINAL. I have never seen another one of these with the original insert. They were made of a very fragile backlit plastic that just did not stand the test of time. This is one of the rare survivors. The sign shows typical minor signs of wear but its in ... moreINCREDIBLE shape as far as these signs go. Its got a few scrapes on the plastic gold caps that go around the spinner mechanism but other than that the graphics and metal look great. There is a sliver missing from the photo insert just to the right of the Lone Star shield. That you can see in photo#7, and a tiny bit more on the bottom left. The faux woodgrain panels look amazing. Clock still has original bubble around the front. Sticker on the back refers to this as the"Spectacular Cold Beer Sign" Definitely in damn good shape for a 40-50 year old sign. Refer to pics and video for aesthetic condition. The clock keeps perfect time and the spinner motor, which I recently rebuilt with indestructible brass gears, operates just as it is supposed to. For sale is a great. Uncommon and collectible tin beer sign from the mid to late 1990s if I had a guess! It is approximately 36 inches tall and 23 inches wide. The condition is phenomenal for its age and is very presentable with only some light wear on the backside. It is very nice. The metal is also heavier and more durable than most tin beer signs I come across. This is a great find and one that you don't see for sale often at all! VINTAGE RETRO CRONCO PORT-O-RATOR CRONSTROMS ALUMINUM COOLER This is a vintage aluminum cooler. Possibly 50's, in good used condition. Made by Cronstroms Manufacturing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This measures 19" x 10" x 12 1/2" high. The hinges open and close with ease. And are silent. The gasket is sound, the locks that seal the lid are tight, and the drain hole opens easily, although the chain that attaches the plug to the cooler is not connected. There is no inner sleeve in the cooler. 4 dimples act as feet on the base, keeping it off the ground. The aluminum has age to it. And shows some discoloration. There are dings, especially along the edge of the lid, please see photos. The locking clips on either side of the port-o-rator and one of the handles have some surface rust. This will give any camper a retro look. Holds ... morelots of beer on a fishing trip and keeps the sandwiches cold. Too.
