We have been using it to make jams& jellies for the last 5 years but have upgraded to a 100 gallon recently so I no longer have need of this one. It works good and is in good shape except we bent the front scoop portion down(top front of kettle as seen in photo) because we leaned over the edge to hand scoop rather than using the tilting feature of the kettle. The tilt still works great. We just didn't need it for our application. Most of the specs should be visible in the second photo but if you have further questions please feel free to ask.
