This kettle was purchased used at an auction a local college had. I don't know much about it. But it looks in really good shape. It appears to be a direct steam model. All stainless steel. I drained the water from it. The tilt works great. Even comes with some fittings to hook it right up to hot water. It's heavy(around 110 lbs) I see that they are going for over $7,000 new, so this might be a great bargain. No reserve.
