Cleveland KDL 60T Steam Jacketed Kettle Natural Gas Tilting 60 Gallons, Leg Type
This is a KDL 60T Cleveland 60 gallon steam kettle. 50PSI. We have been using it to make jams& jellies for the last 5 years but have upgraded to a 100 gallon recently so I no longer have need of this one. It works good and is in good shape except we bent the front scoop portion down(top front of kettle as seen in photo) because we leaned over the edge to hand scoop rather than using the tilting feature of the kettle. The tilt still works great. We just didn't need it for our application. Most of the specs should be visible in the second photo but if you have further questions please feel free to ask. You are welcome to line up your own freight or I can help with that and add the freight to your invoice.

Vulcan Jacketed Steam Kettle-Gas, GL-20
This is a Vulcan GL-20 steam kettle. It was purchased through our business from a local restaurant. It has been tested and is working as it should. This kettle is"jacketed" which means that as it climbs in temperature. It builds pressure and heats the vessel with steam. The steam heat will not scald or bake food to the kettle. This kettle will heat faster than conventional stovetops or burners because it heats around the whole inside surface instead of just from the bottom. When the unit cools it goes into a vacuum which promotes quicker heating for startup of the next batch of food. In order for these pressure settings to be set, the unit will need"initiated" through a series of steps that can be obtained from a user manual or directly from Vulcan. This unit uses natural gas and burns at 60.000 btu's. It has 110 Volt ... morepower that runs the thermostat.
