There are few minor nicks and scratches on the unit. But the unit is fully functional and it works perfectly. Original warning label is still stuck at the bottom of the well, which indicates the unit might have never been used before. Or had very little use. I listed it as"used" since it sat in the warehouse for so long and I do not have the original box for it. Will ship in generic box with original manufacturer's documentation. Nice. Used commercial food warmer from American Permanent Ware Company(APW Wyott. 120 Volts, 1200 Watts. I filled it 2/3 full of very cold water, plugged it in, turned it on high(10) and left it for longer than I intended(about 1.5 hours. When I finally remembered to check on it, the water was so hot I couldn't hold my finger in it. I checked it with a candy thermometer and it read about 185 degrees F.
