This is a vintage item and obviously pre-owned. It wa not used that much and it was always kept in the box so it is in excellent condition for the age. It is by ARTWOOD. And it is a beautiful wooden board made in Japan. It is the Deluxe model as it comes with the roast holder and round spike holder. It will hold even the largest chunks of meat, the biggest Turkey, and the widest Ham. The rack it holds the meat steady while you carve and serve. No slipping allowed! Lot of 4 steam or buffet table stainless steel insert pans ~ three of the pans measure approximately 12 5/8" x 6.75" and are 6" deep. Two of these are marked ALL KITCHEN SUPPLY. 977349, 6 5/8 Quart capacity. There is another this size that is marked MGST-1306 with the same capacity(this is the one with dents in the bottom in two corners) The remaining one measures 12.75" x 7" across the top and is 4" deep. Two are marked SECO-WARE. 924, 1-1/4 qt capacity and the last one is marked VOLLRATH 2094-5. One of the lids is marked VOLLRATH and the other two are just marked 18 8 Stainless Steel.
