This is the older model so it is a little bigger but has the same specifications as a HP/ Agilent 8481D. Unit zeros and performs the Cal Adj with a HP 438A and HP 11708A 30 dB Reference Attenuator(not included) The 0 dBm Cal Ref from the 438A minus the 30 dB of attenuation equals- 30 dBm Cal Adj. Here is an HP-33330C Coaxial Crystal Detector. Option 003(positive polarity output) serial number 1822A00106. Made in USA. It has a frequency range of 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz using a Low-Barrier Schottky(LBS) diode. The maximum safe continuous input is 200 mW(23 dBm) The output is a positive voltage with respect to ground. The input connector is a gold-plated male SMA connector and the output is a gold-plated female SMC connector. The detector was tested in my lab and was found to have an output of +291 mV for an input of 0 dBm(1 mW) at 10 GHz. Note that I could not test the detector beyond 18 GHz as that is the limit of my equipment. The detector is guaranteed against anything but abuse. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Specs are: 10 MHz- 18 GHz. 0- +44 dBm(1 mW- 25 W) I used it to measure a signal that was too strong for it to handle(without the 30 dB attenuator attached! so it was fried. The unit cannot zero. Most likely, the thermocouple sensing element was blown, but without analysis from a technician, I really can't tell anything more than this. The physical condition is ok with stains and blemishes in many places. Please see pictures. This sensor is for parts only and I'm selling it as-is with no return accepted, please.
