This is a new product offering. With a completely unprecedented price and ease of use for its class! Designed with the Fibre Channel enthusiast in mind! This auction is for new Fibre Channel three-drive mini-backplane disk drive adapter boards. One bid is for one board. This particular backplane is a"Start" backplane. To allow groups of drives to be chained to the same loop. Note the RJ45 connectors on the backplane. This allows for expansion to a series of"Loop" backplanes, and the RJ45 connectors must be populated with a short Cat5e patch cable if it will be used by itself. We do have inexpensive patch cables available. Ask for details. This backplane is designed for use with three 1" or 1.6" high drives(note that three drives must be installed in order to complete the loop; drives cannot be missing. Or the ... moreloop will be incomplete) and fits into the space of three CD-ROM drives. Most mid-tower ATX cases have four CD-ROM drive bays and one installed CD-ROM drive, but if that won't work, then the"brick" of three drives will sometimes fit in the bottom-front of an ATX case. Gurus are made one at a time in Montreal Canada and this one features very high quality Dedacciai Force aluminum tubing. Cable routing is internal. I'm not certain of the year but it's definitely a 2005, 2006, or 2007. Significant improvements were made over the 2004 model that this frame has and I believe that it was discontinued in 2007. I'm not aware of any differences between those three years. It weighs 1400 grams with everything but the seat post on my scale. This listing represents a first for me. And a must have for the serious World War II GI or Marine Collector. Here you have an original, early war Hawley Compressed Fiber M1 Helmet Liner. The later early war model Hawley Helmet Liner features a leather and HBT Sweatband with Green Alligator Clips, an OD HBT Web Suspension, and the original chinstrap(snapped in half) The Hawley Fiber M1 Helmet Liner is wonderfully preserved and one of the finest I have ever offered. The helmet features a dull white painted finish over the original WWII OD paint job. You can see seams of OD Green Paint coming through the white paint. The leather and HBT OD Sweatband is beautifully preserved and in place. The sweatband has the original green alligator clips. The original tie and greenish-OD herringbone twill web suspension is present. The A-washers are non-magnetic. ... moreThe chinstrap is present but has snapped. It has the adjuster and the rivets are stamped with a maker's information on the reverse. All of the six HBT Sections are intact. The tie is original and in place. The mounts for the chinstrap’s triangle receivers are present along with the triangles. As noted. The WWII chinstrap has snapped, something that happens to helmet liners these many years after the war. The interior is not marked. You can see the contrast between the white and green paint. The compressed fiber liner has a rolled lip edge. There are eleven rivets around the circumference of the liner’s exterior. There are no cracks. The compressed fiber is not frayed or coming undone. There is no crazing to the rim. The paint has worn in places and thin OD lines look like cracks but it is the original paint finish coming through. From what I can discern. There are only very slight, very hard to see, tiny dents to the crown. The exterior has maintained its integrity, something unusual for these compressed fiber liners. The paint represents the original finish. There are some inexplicable red marks to the crown's top, possibly from laying the helmet on something red
