10 Vintage Teal Blue Faux Leather STANCHION ROPES 9 of the ropes are 6 feet long and 1 is 3 feet long. These are probably from the 70s or earlier and came from a bank on the near west side of Cleveland. Ohio. Chrome ends- one is missing a screw. Easily replaceable. No tears or noticeable flaws. Please check my other auctions for more Chicago Cubs apparel This auction is for a classic. Vintage, retro Chicago Cubs"crowd control"security jacket, size Large This jacket is hands down AWESOME. I bought this years ago on ebay. Not knowing exactly what I was getting, but being THRILLED when it arrived. Originally the only two patches on this jacket were the two you see in the picture above(crowd control and the Chicago Cubs logo) Overtime I added the other patches so that it now has the cubby bear logo on the left sleave, a baseball hall of fame logo on the right sleeve, a large Cubs logo in the center on the back, and the MLB logo on the top back. The jacket is on the lighter side. Though not the lightest jacket you'll find. It's very sturdy and is probably more appropriate for those brisk spring days at the ballpark, ... moregood for temperatures between about 40- 65 degrees. It's listed as a size"42 long" as seen in the picture below. whatever that means. I think it's suitable for anybody who wears a size large shirt. There are just a couple small black marks on the front left side of the jacket, but nothing too noticeable. You can't even see these marks in the pictures. I have no idea whether this was actually used at one time by Wrigley Field security staff or not. But it's certainly made to look like it. The Hall of Fame patch was added after I went to Ryne Sandberg's induction ceremony in Cooperstown in 2005. I promise you this; you WILL NOT REGRET purchasing this jacket! This helmet was given to me by an old friend. And one of my basic academy instructors, before he passed away. The early to mid 1970's were very violent and turbulent times in America and law enforcement agencies across the country were scrambling to get their forces properly trained in crowd and riot control procedures. To that end. T his helmet was used in training Sheriff's Academy Cadets as to the utilization of proper and effective crowd and riot crowd control tactics. The helmet was in service up until the early 1980's when it was eventually decommissioned and replaced with a more modern and technologically advance riot helmet. The helmet is navy blue with a black edging around the helmet's opening. There is a removable and functioning translucent-amber Plexiglass face shield buttoned to the front of the helmet. Vintage Restaurant or Home Theather (crowd control) Stanchion
For sale are 8 vintage brass stanchion that were used in an older theater. We have 8 brass poles. And 12 solid dividers, 8 are 40" long and 4 are 34" long. The poles are 41" tall, and the bottom poles is designed to fit into a 2" diameter hole 5' deep to support the pole. However the lower brass pole could be cut off and the poles be mounted flush to the floor(if wanted) All the poles show major signs of tarnishing, but I did take the time to polish the loose brass ball(last 2 pictures) to show the potential of the poles if looking for a polished brass finish. If you are interested paying for shipping, I will check it out on request. They are heavy, so I will look for the most economical method. These poles are very unique and have a good potential for your future project.
