Height: about 6 in. Width at base about 3 in. at widest point edge of seal to edge of base is about 4.5 in. Not sure of the type of stone. But others like it are labeled soapstone. The figure is of an Eskimo hunter carrying a seal. It is signed"Saelasie" and has the numbers"70819" carved under it. The"canada eskimo art" label is attached to the bottom. The tip of one foot has been damaged. Along with a patch at one eye and the edge of the base near the signature. This is a chain belt with pink crystals on a chain in the center. Three strands. Silver colored chain, pink crystals, silver colored chain. The first pictures shows it best. This belt measures 32 inches with an 8 inch extender. With the chain. I guess it could measure any amount you would like. It has a heart charm that dangles. And in one other spot. There is a metal circle that another charm may have hung from at one time, but it is not there.
