Garden Potting Table Planter Stand- Salvaged Barn Wood, Vintage Primitive Rustic
This auction is for a vintage planter stand/potting table. Custom made from wood that was salvaged from an old Wisconsin barn. I had been using it as a stand to hold my rectangular planters, and as an outdoor workbench for potting flowers and shrubs, but it could really be used for anything you repurpose it for. It is very sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. It measures 6 feet 5 inches in length and 21 inches in width. The height to the first crossbeam is 23 inches and the total height is of the piece is 32 inches. Please see the pictures for more detail as I consider them to be a part of the item description. Wonderful Redware Potting Planter from Turtle Creek Potters-Signed & Dated
This is a beautiful redware planting pot from Turtle Creek Potters. It is a great dark earthy green in color and measures 8 1/4" at the top. 7" tall and 6 1/2" in diameter at the bottom, to which a dish is attached and part of the pot to collect excess water. It is signed by Chris Woods and is dated 1999. The original price tag of $95.00 is still on the bottom of the pot. There are no cracks or breaks in the piece, only the usual chips to enhance its antique look. There is a hole in the bottom of the pot to allow for drainage. The top rim has a"pie crust" appearance. A great piece with a wonderful color! A beautiful addition to your garden, sun room or with your redware pieces.

This Potting Shed Dedham Pottery Rabbit plate goes to the high bidder in mint condition. I'd call it a charger. As it's just under 12" across, but Potting Shed lists it as a large dinner plate. There are no chips, cracks or condition issues. Reproduced with permission since 1977, this pattern is the classic crouched rabbit on an ecru crackled glaze, with an inner pattern of elongated leaves. Marked on the back as shown TLA USA 02PL6, it has a shallow well in the center. Nice piece matches the oval serving platter I also have listed. For auction is this wonderful Vintage DEDHAM POTTERY THE POTTING SHED Rabbit Design Covered Casserole. Tureen or Bean Pot with Side Handles. It is one of the larger Dedham pieces standing approximately 8" high to the top of the finial when the lid is on. With a top diameter of 8" an opening of 6" and measures approximately 11" handle to handle. The eminently usable pot is in the traditional creamy gray pottery with cobalt blue crackle finish with hand painted details. It features the classic crouching rabbit design in a hand painted 1 1/2" horizontal band around the middle of the pot and a different but complimentary design around the outside band of the lid. The bottom is marked with the artist's initials, a star for the Starr family who own The Potting Shed in Concord, MA, and the date and place of production. ... moreSee photo 12. The condition of the pot is very good: no chips or cracks, just some light age crazing commonly found on pottery of this type. The crazing, which does not affect the usability of the casserole, is well concealed by the traditional cobalt blue crackle finish. It stands approximately 2 1/2" high and measures approximately 4 5/8" across the top. The bowl is in the traditional creamy gray pottery with cobalt blue crackle finish with hand painted details. Its shape is somewhat textured to resemble overlapping leaves of lettuce and veins on these leaves have been hand painted. The base is unmarked but the bowl is believed to be vintage. Probably from the 1980-1990s. The condition of the bowl is qui te good: no chips or cracks. It stands 5 ½ inches high at its highest point and measures the same across from spout to handle with 3 ½ inches measure across the narrow part of the oval“diameter” This cute little pitcher features the traditional off white color with a cobalt blue crackle and a crouching rabbit design in a hand painted 1 1/2" band around the pitcher's widest point. It is marked on the base with the artist's initials. The date(87) a star representing The Starr family who are the owners of The Potting Shed in Concord, MA and the country of origin– U.S. See photos. The inside is very clean. The pitcher is in very nice condition with one teeny fleabite on the spout rim which ... moreyou can barely see but can feel when you run a finger around the rim(see photo with pointer) It does have some age crazing around the inside rim(just visible when mouse over the 4th photo) These flaws are subtle and not easily noticed; I feel they do not impede the usability or collectibility of the pitcher. Dedham Pottery Potting Shed Rare Playful Bunny Rabbit Signed Excellent
This darling Dedham bunny wants to play. l ike a puppy. He has his sweet little face down on his paws and his fanny up in the air, just asking for the game to begin! The beautiful off-white crackle glaze is intricately accented with the Dedham signature cobalt. In the details of the face, paws and little vines scattered over his back and one ear. and h is little cottontail is cobalt too. He's about 7" long; 4 1/4" high at the tail; and his lop ears spread to almost 6" across. The artist's signature is on his tummy(see last photo) Excellent condition. With no chips or cracks. The plate is the traditional creamy gray pottery with cobalt blue crackle finish with hand painted details. The plate is shaped in the classic crouching rabbit design and it has 10 indentations around the rabbit's body to hold deviled eggs. Plus two slightly smaller egg indentations in the center which are decor ated as Easter eggs. The underside is marked with the artist's initials.
