It came in a group of mouthpiece from the post WW II era. It must be somewhat rare and is a quality piece. It has seen little use and is in excellent condition. The plating is pitting in a few small spots and the shank is round. I have taken photos from several angles to allow you to check it's condition. If you click the photos.
