Painted Country Bird House and/or Cage w/Copper Roof- Never Used Hi there, Here is a bird cage I have owned for many years. Possibly since the late 1980’s or early 1990’s, I cannot remember for certain. I listed this as new because it has never been used for a bird nor has it been used outdoors(the photos were taken outside for better lighting to show you the beauty) The back has four screws on the center wood panel. So I guess you can take part of the back off. Reads“Welcome” on the front and has a very cute white picket fence painted on the front. The painted color of the bird house is green. The copper roof was very shiny when I purchased it but it has since aged. As copper naturally does, and some people love the look of the aging copper with bits of green. Rough measurements are 10” high(not counting the 3” wire loop hanging attachment) ... more9” wide and about 5” deep. I guess this is a real bird cage for out doors; however. I only used it for decorative purposes inside the house but you can choose what to do-I also took photos of it outside to give you an idea on how pretty it can be in or near your own garden.
