Vintage Made in London England Green Roof Britains LTD Lead Toy Dog House
Up for auction is this Britains(Made in England) scale 1/12th doghouse in Lead. It comes from an estate sale so not much else is known about this piece. As you can see from the pictures it has paint chipping and a couple of minor dents but it just adds to the authenticity of it being a dog house. It is 1 3/4 inches tall from the pitch of the roof to the bottom. It is 1 3/4 inches in length 1 1/2 inches wide. Please ask any questions before bidding and I will answer promptly! Up for auction is this cargo pack. Is been used once, and that is because I changed my SUV for a sedan. It is in mint condition, zipper works just fine so do the straps and buckles, it has a lot of room for pillows, blankets, clothing, etc. I wouldn't put anything heavy in there. To take the pictures I put 8 pillows and there was probably room for 8 more. The capacity is of 15 cubic feet. When I used it on my SUV which only had two way racks, the pack did just fine. Here is a beautiful Gilbert antique mantle clock that measures about 14 by 18 inches and the case is an ornate building with a shingled roof and floral carved accents on the sides that curve from the front. as the photos reflect. Someone has retrofitted a modern clock into the case and I believe that outer case has been restored. it still has the original paper label on the back of that reads Queen Gilbert Clock Co. Winsted, Conn. U.S.A. the dark finish may be the correct color. We are pleased to offer this unique vintage weathervane. This piece is approximately 20 years old. It was roof mounted and used by the previous owners. The weathervane survived an incredibly destructive tornado which devastated the town of Pierce City. Missouri on May 4, 2003. The owners salvaged the weathervane, painted it, and displayed in their new home. They are moving to assisted living and we purchased from their auction. The weathervane features a large metal rooster standing on the arrow. The rooster is a tin type metal with dimension and it is hollow inside. The rooster has a predominant teal color with some white, gold and red accents. It has a finish coat of polyurethane. This is a beautiful"salvaged" piece with great character. It is in very good condition with the exception of the"W" having been broken during ... morethe tornado(see photo 10) The roof mount and pole are made of iron and have a rusted patina. Chinese Roof tile of Warrior on Horse. He is roughly 13 x 10 x 3" and weighs 3 lb 13 oz. His stand is 12 x 5 x 1" and 1 lb 4 oz. His in rough condition. His right hand as been replaced with a glove substitute, has a chip, and the horses right leg has been glued back on. You can see these defects in pictures 10-12. This is a nice looking pair of custom made spurs by Monty Roof of Mitchell. Ore.it is the first pair of his spurs I have seen-they have a definite cowboy style/look to them complete with jingle bobs that have a nice ring to them-the spur is 7-1/4 in. long-3/4 in. wide band-2 piece spur-2-1/2 in. wide rowel-3 in. wide boot opening-one heel chain-there is a silver and brass rope design on the band and silver rope on the shank-they come with a nice set of antiqued leather straps-thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
