Although the packaging doesn't have a year, I believe these were produced around the time of the movie's original theatrical release. Both the King Triton and Ursula the Sea Witch figures are in their original packaging and have not been opened, but both have wear and damage to the cards. King Triton's packaging has a curled edge and some wear on the back, and the plastic bubble has yellowed from age. Ursula's packaging has been folded over from storage, and as a result is curved and creased- see photos. Additionally, there are a few marks to the back, and the edges have some wear and creases.
