They are the ... moreFerris wheel, Octopus and carousel with seats. Not all the pieces are with this kit. I count 907 pieces and the front of the box states 900 pieces. But when I compare the count of the sorted pieces to the chart on the top of the box, which shows all parts, there are some missing, so I am not sure why there are more pieces counted than what is on the box. The pieces are in clean. Great shape with little to no wear. The set appears to have been partially assembled at one point, as several of the pieces were connected. I disassembled all pieces prior to taking the photos. I have taken pictures of all the parts. There were too many to take all in one photo. So I took the yellow ones in one set and the remainder in the other. In the photos. The pieces are grouped into like items and separated by spaces of common numbers to make it easier to count them. i.e. if there are 24 pieces of a particular item, I sorted them in to rows with 10 and 1 row of 4. If there were 12 pieces, I sorted them in 2 rows of 6. Please keep that in mind when you are looking at the photos and wondering how many of any part that there are. In 1946. When World War II ended and every civil aviation manufacturer thought returning aviators would all want their own private plane, scores of new designs were brought out. Ryan Aviation came out with North American's NAVION which had one of the most ruggest landing gear assemblies on any civilian aircraft of its day. North American had developed the gear for the forward battle area. Rough cut airfields of the War. The silver painted NAVION I show is on a pedestal outside the U.S. Army Aviation Museum at Fort Rucker. AL. Engineering Development Company. Capitol Models and Berkeley came out with U-control scale kits as soon as balsa was available again. I show my not-yet-restored EDCO kit model hanging over the fuselage PLAN sheet. The Douglas DC-3 is the most famous airplane design of all time and many are still flying after 70 years since the first one came off the assembly line. Here is a nice set of plans from the old Mechanix Illustrated magazine back in the 1940s. The original plan is more than 36 inches wide. As I show in the last pictures, and modern commercial Zerox machines only go up to 36" So I had to produce this plan for you in two sheets rather than one very, very long sheet. This is a 48" span. U-control scale model that called for two Ohlsson& Rice.23 engines. Why? Because the plane used for documentation for the model was the O& R Engines company plane. I show that plane in a 1946 full back-page ad from an old Air Trails magazine for your scale documentation. Vintage Tonka T-6 Trencher construction equipment toy made of pressed steel in USA! This trencher/tractor/ dozer/front loader has a dump scoop on the front that raises. Lowers, and dumps; it has a trencher/digger on the back end that extends, scoops, and lifts. The trencher body is steel and has most of its original yellow paint; the trencher armature and the front bucket are also steel and are painted black. The interior, grille, engine, front loader arms, and wheels are black plastic.
