Wafer lifter. Plate handler robot, surplus part from robot- This is a stepper motor driven lifter from a lab plate handling machine. I think. It was removed as the unit was being taken apart. It has a nice lead screw and bearing slide. it has a travel limit switch and only needs to be mounted and hooked up to a driver. The travel looks like about 1 1/2" of up/down.
