This is a JST version of a Sumitomo Downflow Spin Dryer used to dry semiconductor wafers in automated wet process tools. This dryer is fully functional and in great condition. The Process Chamber and Control tower are in excellent condition. There is no sign of corrosion or damage on any part of this system. The Dryer uses no IPA. Drying the wafers by spinning them at high speed while allowing a ultra clean stream of dry air from the cleanroom to pass over them. This leaves a clean dry surface with no water marks and particle performance of less then 20 adders at 0.2 um in size. The dryer uses exhaust and centrifugal force to dry wafers in fully automated wet process tools. Often used on SPEC. Submicron Systems Rear-Mnt and Akrion Gama wet stations. Mint Vintage Pink Wolverine Toy Electric Automatic Washing Machine and Spin Dryer. Model 483. It looks brand new, with no dent, rust, scratches and is truly museum quality. All the parts are there, including the washer lid and the metal lid hinges and the drainage hose. Made in Pittsburg PA in the 1950's, it comes in the original box, which is in very good condition and has operating instructions printed on it. It measures 10" h x 8"w. Check out the pics. The pink paint is uniform and perfect- I took the pics outside on a sunny day and there are reflections off of the paper it is sitting on that are reflected back off of the shiny pink surface in some of the pics.
