My hunt for the ONE pen has essentially ended. Having recently acquired a Mottishaw-modified Platinum 3776 which began as a broad and has now been transformed into an extraordinary flex italic beauty. So I am culling the remaining pens which will never see use by me again. This pen has been beautifully modified to a cursive italic by Gao Yong of Singapore. All pens are flushed with weakly ammoniated water and are shipped internationally from Israel via registered mail for 5 dollars except where otherwise noted. No papers or original packing accompany the pen.

A German Rotring Renaissance fountain pen circa 1990. Finished in black with gold plated clip and trim and red Rotring ring on cap top and around barrel end. The pen is in virtually mint condition. It was dipped once but never filled with ink. Fitted with a fine point nib. The nib unit can be unscrewed from the section for servicing or exchange. The pen is a piston filler worked by turning the barrel-end. There is a clear ink window to view the ink level. The filler works properly when tested with water though the turning knob is a little stiff. A nice example ready to use.

12 head piston filler
We are upgrading our facility and are looking to sell our custom 12 head piston filler. It is all pneumatic and is mounted on a 12' conveyor. It has a 30 gallon(I believe) stainless steel hopper with float valve in the back that feed up to 12-4oz pistons. It then flows up through the adjustable nozzles into the bottles. Right not it is set up to be manual, meaning the person loads the bottles into the gate, flips the fill stroke lever, fills 4 oz and unloads the set. If you are filling any other size bottles it can easily be adjusted to fill different sizes. We also double or triple stroke out bottles if we have a larger container to fill. Its a fairly straight forward machine and works great for us. We also have 32oz(7 or 8 of them) that we bought to install on this machine but never got around to it. Filamatic National Instrument DAB-16-2 piston filler 2 cylinders
This is a great little piston filler. We bought it a few years ago to run some low volume products. And we don't need it anymore. It comes with two pistons. The smaller one is a 130cc. I don't see the size marked on the big piston, but I am pretty sure it is a 260cc. The 260cc has the ball and weight type valve, and the 130cc has either the ball and weight or spring and ball valve. The 130cc piston is running smoothly. The 260cc piston needs some lubrication but is in very good condition. There is a little footswitch which we rigged up when we were using the machine. When I just tested it. The footswitch didn't seem to be working but I recall it being pretty simple to hook it up. The machine will run continuously if desired, as shown in the video below, and of course you can change the speed with the control in front and the stroke ... moreof the piston(s) with the dial under each piston. This machine can run one or both pistons at a time, and you can swap out these pistons if desired, although anything bigger than the 260 will not fit properly. This machine weighs approximately 150lbs and will be crated and shipped by UPS freight. We have a substantial discount with them. And your shipping cost will be our discounted cost. Custom piston filler with 6 Filamatic National Instrument 130cc pistons
This is apparently a custom built piston filler. We purchased it used from Loeb Equipment around 2011. We now have a different machine and no longer need this one. It uses Filamatic/ National Instrument pistons. The machine will accept 8 pistons. But two of the shafts are bent. The shaft is probably a part that can be ordered from Filamatic, but I don't know that for sure. The machine comes with the six 130cc pistons which are currently mounted, as shown in the picture. The pistons are in good shape overall, but some may need to be reconditioned with new valve parts. They all either have the ball and weight or ball and spring type valve, but there may be a few where they are missing a weight or spring. As you can see in the pictures, the pistons are all the same size, but they do not have identical parts. The machine is chain-driven by ... morea 1/2 HP 90VDC 1750RPM TEFC Leeson Electric motor. The motor and the KBMD DC Motor Speed Control were bought new and installed when we bought the machine. An IDEC smart relay controls the system. Relying on switches keyed to the position of a shaft driven by the transmission. The machine is set up to be semi-automatic- push the button once and the machine goes through one cycle. If power is cut during a cycle, the machine will finish the cycle when power is applied and the button is pushed again. I recommend only purchasing this machine if you are comfortable working on equipment like this. This piston filler will be a great deal for someone experienced. But it will not be plug and play for someone not familiar with piston fillers. One great thing about this system is that although it appears to be custom built, all the piston-related parts are from Filamatic, so you should be able to get replacement parts for the valves and seals if necessary. The machine currently operates pretty well. But there is a noticeable hitch partway through the cycle, as you can see on the video. Up for sale are three Filamatic/ National Instrument FUS-130 pistons. These are designed to fill from 13cc to 130cc. I would rate these as fair condition. The components themselves are generally in good condition as they are practically indestructible. But there are a few issues: 1) The parts are not identical- they are mismatched. For example. Two have the suckback part but one does not, the nipples to attach the tubing do not all match, and the bearing sizes do not all match. 2) All three pistons have the appropriate number of balls. But only one has the springs that are needed for the valve to operate correctly. The buyer would need to obtain springs or weights from Filamatic or another source to make the valves work. 3) One piston is missing the bearing for the top assembly. So a bearing would need to be found to mount it to a filler. ... moreThe teflon seals appear to be in good condition. The rods are straight, and the cylinders themselves are in usable condition. These are definitely usable, but they are not plug and play- you will probably need to swap out some parts. Up for auction is a Stainless Steel Cavalla two-line piston filler with diving filling heads for tubes or tubs. The machine is designed to turn each tub for swirl filling. Date of manufacture is 2006 and the machine has had little use on it. It comes with two piston fillers one feeding the tub on each side which is indexed on its own conveyor. The piston fillers feed the product through hoses to the diving filling heads. Each tub is rotated by its own driver but can be bypassed if swirling of product is not needed. The diving heads can be adjusted for the depth of the container. The pistons are driven by pneumatic cylinders and the fill size can be easily adjusted up to 8 OZ fill size. Here's a BIG BEN in a not so easy to find pattern. Candy purple. These pattern were often seen on American Wahl pens, and because BIG BEN(if I recall correctly) had distributed Wahl back in its operating days they were able to get their hands on these patterns and utilized them into their own pens. The barrel(but not the cap) on this pen is faceted. Like those of OMAS Paragon. It sports a big no.6 nib, unlike those smaller nibs often seen on other BIG BEN pens.
