This sale is for a used High Current Choke/Reactor/Inductor. 85 uH 100 Amps. There are two coils of.20" square wire connected in parallel at the terminals wound on a ferrite core. Could be separated and connected in series to double the inductance@ half the current. Terminals have 3/8" hole so my current rating may be very conservative. It is based on 1000 circular mils per amp. The stated inductance was measured indirectly and may not be spot on. About 5 1/2" wide, 4 3/4" deep and 5 1/2" high. Mounts on a flat surface with 4 bolts. Here we have a Sencore LC 53“ZMETER” This is a Capacitor and Inductor Analyzer. It was purchased through eBay a few years ago but was not used very much by my client. He used it to test capacitors occasionally. But never used the inductor portion of the analyzer. I believe this may be a complete ... morepackage that was originally sold with all leads. Attachments, field calibration units and owner’s/user’s manual. The unit is very clean and well cared for. It has a built in-pull out chart to assist in the usage and measurements. It comes with what I believe is the original user’s manual. In excellent condition. It also comes with several test leads. Field calibration items and attachments. Please see pictures. I hooked this analyzer up to a capacitor(0.5 uf) and as you can see in the pictures it tests at 0.516uf. The tests seem to be close to the value of the capacitor. So it appears to work correctly. I connected the analyzer to the inductance field calibrator that was in the pouch. I’m not sure I did this correctly(I did not bother to read instructions) and it appears to test 3.56mH and the calibrator says 3.628mH. Again. I just hook up a lead and pushed the button. So it appears to work and is close. You be the judge. I am certainly not an engineer. Below bag with the attachments that is attached by velcro there is a sticker that says it was calibrated in 8/15/2001. My client restored old radio primarily and did not feel a need to have the unit calibrated

Vintage Inductor#250 conventional surf reel This reel was made in The USA by Ocean City in the 40s& 50s and is in excellent condition. The Magnet cast control. Gears, drag are good, the click is strong and the free-spool spins very freely. It has a 3/1 gear ratio and will hold about 375 yds. of 20 lb.test and is a grade 8+/9. It weighs 19.4oz. and was designed primarely for saltwater surf casting. It has a one screw take apart feature and is the first reel I know of with a magnet cast control, its a good quality reel. On the inside of the face plate it has a GE logo, which probably means General Ellectric& Ocean City worked together on this one. the foot& some pillars have some mild pitting but the side plates are excellent, and its the same size of a Penn Squider. Here is a nice spinner tuning knob that is ideal for your ham radio receiver or turning the roller inductor in your antenna tuner or amplifier. This knob is 1 3/4" in diameter and i s of bakelite or plastic construction. It has a metal insert that accepts a 1/4" shaft. Two set screws attach the knob to a shaft. This knob is in very nice condition and the spinner turns smoothly. Since this is a used item it is being offered as found.
