The pictures tell the story. This Technipower W5MT3A autotransformer or"variac" is in excellent condition. It has been fully tested and works flawlessly with very good calibration of both meters. The only flaws are slight shelf wear on the feet and a smudge or two that I didn't bother to scrub too vigorously but otherwise it's pretty much good as new. Save for the fact that I don't have the original packaging. Please check my feedback and bid with confidence that you're dealing with a straight shooter. Buyer pays actual shipping costs for 15 pounds from zip code 95501. There will be no extra handling fee but trust that the unit will be very well packed. Over hundreds of eBay transactions I have yet to have a single claim for damage during shipping.

Here's a vintage Calrad VC6 metered variac. This unit will give you variable voltage. 0- 150V, from a standard 110v outlet. The unit has two outlets on the back, both are labeled 2.7A. It has a nice analog 0-150v meter on the front, an on/off switch, an overload protection fuse, and a red power indicator bulb. The bulb is burned out(confirmed with ohm meter) and I don't have a spare of this type in my parts bin. I've plugged the unit up and turned the knob up/down and the meter responds accordingly. I ran a couple of oscilloscopes off the unit while set at 110v. The unit is on the heavy side. Lots of copper inside I'm guessing, so the shipping is going to run $28 to any of the lower 48. Here is a very large and heavy variable DC power supply 250 volt 10 amp. I believe made by Western Electric. There is no tag or label, don't know model number, or even if is a regulated power supply. With a model 236BU Powerstat variac, and 2 meters for 0-10 DC amps and 0-250 DC volts. I hooked up to 220 volts and got 220 volts output, and tested under load and works fine. Heavily fused with 6 fuses(4 on panel and 2 in the WE J86738A-1L1 power supply) And with 2 timers, not sure what they keep track of.
