Each section has three(3) blades. There are a total of 18 blades. Included are six(6) spokes that hold the blades in position. These spokes are shown in the photo. Note the windmill is not assembled. The length of each blade is about 29 inches. The blade is about 12 inches wide at the wide end and about 6 inches wide at the narrow end. The blades are galvanized steel. I think. I just laid it out in the driveway for the photo. I swept some dust off it. But it is not cleaned up. I have never assembled this. When the windmill was being taken down(in the 1970s. I think) my wife and I“rescued” it and I always imagined that I would install it as outdoor art ... moreon the end of the garage, or somewhere else. It never got done! Now we are thinking of downsizing. And I’m trying to clear out all the stuff from the garage. Depression glass Windmill, Wind Mill salt and pepper shakers
Made in the USA original depression glass windmill salt and pepper shakers. The pepper shaker has an aluminum lid and the salt has a stainless lid. The windmills on them look better than the photos show thm to be. There is no wear to the red or blue color on either of these shakers. The aluminum lid shows only very minor corrosion.

With a light shade of yellow at the base. There is darker yellow along the rim of the front pocket. Hand painted green stemmed yellow flowers, blue doorway, and blue details of the wind blades. There is a round hole for hanging on wall- there are no signs of hanging. Inside of pocket is clean, with no signs of use. The wind blades are attached to the dome of the wind mill's roof. The blades are one unit and attached to the building with glue. There is a 1/2" x 3/16" on the backside edge that is not visible from the front side.
