This VASE stands 33cm high and is about 17cm across at the widest. It came into our family around 1911 It is white glass. Hand painted in various shades of blue and beige. It is then fine outlined in gold. The picture is a windmill and tall tree on a hill overlooking a lake with a sailing craft. There are no chips or cracks and no damage to the gold or paint. Except a small bit of gold rubbed off the b ase at the side. I can not see any ID markings at all. Underneath the base is smooth with smudges of paint. Thompson Publishing Co. of St. Louis. MO. as part of“A Portfolio of Photographic Views of the WORLD’S COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION. Measuring 8 ½” x 11” overall with a 7 1/2”x 9 ½” image size.
