The pitcher measures approximately 9" tall and just over 7" across at the widest point, not including the handle. The tumbler is 6 1/2" tall and 3" across the mouth. Antique Indiana Tumbler& Glass Co. Caramel Slag"Leaf Bracket" Spooner This spooner has been in my family probably since it was first made in 1900-1903. It belonged to my grandmother. And my mother, who was born in 1909, always remembered seeing this in their home. I've seen a similar piece listed as a vase, but this was actually a spooner for use on the serving table. My mother always referred to this as caramel slag glass. But I've researched a bit and found that it was actually named chocolate glass; caramel slag was sort of a nickname that developed over the years. This piece measures about 4" in height and 4 1/2" in diameter. This is in very good condition. With no cracks or crazing. Reverse Swirl. Vaseline, Canary Opalescent Tumbler Originally made by the Buckeye Glass Co. Under the guidance of Harry Northwood. Later production by the Model Flint Glass Co. which was managed by John F. Miller. Miller had previously worked at Buckeye and patented the process used on this pattern. Reverse Swirl refers to the fact that the opalescent swirls go in one direction and the swirled ribs in the glass go in the other. Up for auction is a tumbler in the Chrysanthemum Base Swirl pattern by Northwood Glass circa 1890. The color is blue opalescent. The tumbler is in excellent condition. The glass is clear with no water stains. The tumbler is 3 3/4" in height and has not been ground down. There are a couple small nicks/flea bites on the rim. The last picture shows the flea bite on the inner rim at approximately the 2 o'clock position. Otherwise there is no damage. Chrysanthemum Base Swirl pieces are scarcely found. Vintage NORITAKE Perspictive Ruby Red TUMBLER approx.10 OZ CRYSTAL Set of 9
Very nice set of 0 9 Vintage Ruby Red Tumblers I believe these to be Noritake Perspective from the research I have done but I am not an expert. Seven of these are in perfect condition. Two of them have chips on the top rim. I have included a picture of the one with the worst chip. The other is so minor I cannot get a decent photo of it. Each Tumbler measures 4 3/4 inches from top to bottom and holds approximately 10oz. Due to the fragile nature of these glasses Insurance is required and added into the cost of shipping.
