I have found replacement screens online for about $30. The unit comes with a GPS card(which I’ve never used) And the weather-proof case to cover it. This is a USED TDS Recon 200 pocket PC. The unit charges up and the battery holds a charge. I have not used it enough to know how long it will hold a charge. But it is used so it will not be as much as when new. It comes with the charger shown. We powered it up with a pack we have on hand and show the screens with the programs it has loaded.
