Heatsink 6L x 4W x 2D with 3 Motorola power transistors
This auction is for 1 heatsink with 3 Motorola power transistors. Transistors not tested. Each heatsink is taken from an assembly of 5 as shown in the last picture. The heatsink is 4" wide 6" long and 2" deep. On one side of the heatsink. It extends 1/2 inch more on the bottom half. The heatsink has fins on each side, with 4 fins on each side of the transistor mounting. Each fin is about 7/8 inc long. The base where the transistors mount is 1/4 inch. The channel where the transistors mount is 1 3/16 inch wide. Each weighs 1.5 lbs. If you buy all 5 heatsinks I will send it as the whole assembly.

TWO Motorola MJ3001 Silicon NPN Power Transistors
Lot of TWO Motorola MJ3001 Silicon in TO-3 cases. These are ones of several that were used for prototyping. And per the protocol were only used once. Some were used in sockets, some were soldered via wire, some were on PC boards, as it was all part of the prototyping protocol to see which had lower manufacturing cost. These were attached to heat sinks and for some reason have some scratches on the top but that won't impact operation. The were acquired by me sometime in the early 1980's and were supposed to be used in a series of power supplies I was going to manufacture(until I got a real job) Images do a nice job of representing the lot.
